Specification:

1)Adopt cover type vacuum absorption, prevent high and low flute, improve the quality of corrugated cardboard, automatic cycle for the glue, corrugated pressure, pneumatic operation, glue coating part can be pneumatic glued.

2) Corrugated roller is made by special alloy steel precision grinding, the whole gears are hardening the hardness can reach HRC55-60.

3) The main shaft is lubricated by high temperature lubrication grease, good seal, and reliable lubrication.

4) Economic speed is 45m; effective width is 1650-1850mm

Our Factory's have CNC (8 pcs) ,milling ,drilling,pulse and other procesing machinery to insure produced high quality,precision spare part for our machines.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
