Slotting Unit:

1, Three groups of slotting, one group of corner cutting, two groups of slitting with four groups of creasing.

2, Mechanical phase adjustment is read by dial.

3, Slotting height is adjusted in linkage of four knives.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
