QF-AFG series automatic folder gluer machine consist of three sections: vacuum feeding section, gluing and

folding section, counter and stacker section. Frequency conversion motor with quality inverter adjusts speed. PLC

and Touch screen control system for easy operation and running stable. Average speed is 150sheets/min. Energy

conservation and high speed, saving labor cost.

Vacuum feeding section

1. Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily

2. Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted, feeding section controlled independent, operation easily

3. Scorer wheel adjustable, suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard

4. Second creasing struction can impress again the paperboard which was not creased well

Gluing and folding section

1. Simpless structure and high reliability, glue quantity adjustable, cleaning easily

2. Stainless steel glue wheel adopted, long life and saving glue cost

3. Imported quality rubber belt adopted, automatic folding

4. with paperboard rectify device and creasing rectify device

Counter and stacker section

1. Stacking and counting are simple and reliable

2. Digital control, operation easily and reliable. No-stop put in data and automatic counting

Our Factory's have CNC (8 pcs) ,milling ,drilling,pulse and other procesing machinery to insure produced high quality,precision spare part for our machines.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
